The original 21 Jump Street was a police drama TV series back in the late 80's to early 90's. The series focuses on a squad of youthful-looking undercover police officers investigating crimes in high schools, colleges, and other teenage venues. Fast forward to 2012, we've got Channing Tatum & Jonah Hill bringing 21 Jump Street in the radar.

In high school, Schmidt (Jonah Hill) was a dork and Jenko (Channing Tatum) was the popular jock. Since they are young and look like high school students, they are assigned to an undercover unit to infiltrate a drug ring that is supplying high school students synthetic drugs. Why are they called nachos? Well, nachos originated from Mexico in the 1940's and was invented by Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya. It was originally called Nacho’s Especiales. The name was later shortened to simply “nachos.”

According to legend, a group of hungry servicemembers piled into his restaurant one day, and he whipped something up with what he happened to have available, creating the first plate of nachos.
